Dato Sri Yaw Chee Ming, aged 58, is a graduate from the University of Southern California in the United States with a Master of Business Administration degree.

He is the Executive Chairman of Samling Global Limited (SGL), with over 28 years of experience in the timber industry. SGL consists of an integrated forest resource & wood product industry, extensive oil palm plantations and palm oil industry as well as major landmark properties development.

Dato Sri Yaw is also the Executive Chairman of Starchase Consulting (China) Ltd, (Starchase), the automotive business owning the Porsche luxury car dealership which started in Nanjing, China in 2007. Starchase have since expanded their businesses to other major cities across China and Mongolia. Their latest acquisition is Wearnes Automotive Ptd Ltd, Singapore (Wearnes), which sells a fleet of luxury car namely, Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Infiniti, Volvo, Renault, Range Rover. Wearnes is also the distributor in the region.

The Group, under his leadership has established an international presence with highly integrated business operations as well as diversify businesses.

Dato’ Mohammed bin Haji Che Hussein is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Danajamin Nasional Berhad, the Malaysia’s first Financial Guarantee Insurer (FGI).

He has served for 31 years in the Maybank Group, holding various senior management positions rising to the rank of Deputy President / Executive Director / Chief Financial Officer of Maybank Group before his retirement on 30 January 2008.

Dato’ Mohammed Hussein also serves on Board of Director for several public listed companies. Among them as Chairman of Gamuda Berhad, and as non-executive director in Bank of America Malaysia Berhad and PNB Commercial Sdn. Bhd.

Dr. Lee's working experience includes senior management position for Hewlett Packard in Malaysia and Singapore. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he came out on his own and co-founded a few other companies since year 1989, including Agenda and Solsis. The latter reverse took over DataPrep which was listed in the Second Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

In the year 2000, Dr. Lee co-founded B2B Commerce and became the CEO of the company, steering the organization to where it is today.
